Parquemar I

The Parquemar I complex consists of a six-storey block with lift, a large common area surrounding the swimming pool and tennis court, and covered parking. It is located in the North area on Ribera Street No. 2, 65 metres from the sand and 40 metres from Camping San Vicente and the Lizarrán brewery. The area is very quiet, with little traffic, which ensures rest. It is located in the North area of Xeraco beach, 65 metres from the sand and 40 metres from Camping San Vicente and the Lizarrán brewery, in a very quiet area with little traffic, which ensures rest. Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels, with a fortnightly bed linen change. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public Wifi service throughout Xeraco beach, although service is not guaranteed inside the apartments. Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors, and the beach is very family-friendly, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and landscapes. There are many hiking routes in the mountains and through the marshland, which is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, where birds nest and native plants grow, is another attraction for visitors, and fishing can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers. Other things to note Included services: seasonal swimming pool available from 01/06 to 30/09, parking, bed linen and towels. Optional services: Cancellation Insurance at 4% of the booking price, cot/crib at EUR 8.00 per day (minimum: 25 EUR, maximum: 100 EUR; available items: 2), and baby high chair at EUR 10.00 per day (minimum: 25 EUR, maximum: 100 EUR).
