Welcome to our family's cozy, comfortable, modern house that is a short walk from the beach with a view of both the ocean and the bay. We mostly hang out here ourselves and would love to share it with you. Perfect for a family vacation. Complete with deck with a view of the ocean and bay. The space Kitchen is complete with fridge, freezer, induction range, dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, pressure cooker. Outdoor shower downstairs. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, hair-dryer in-house. Solar powered. Can charge your electric car downstairs. PLEASE : NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. please note we have strict no-pet (due to allergies in the family) and no-parties rule due to damage cause to our house in the past :) Guest access You will have complete access to the whole house except the owner's closets.
