Standout features include: Vaulted ceilings, large beach front deck, gas BBQ grill, games, puzzles, and gorgeous scenery. Maximum number of guests is 6. The space Enjoy a morning walk on the beach or make use of our paddle boards and take to the water. Take advantage of our crabbing and shellfish seasons, or spend your time combing the beach for seaglass, agates, and shells. When you're done come back to enjoy the spacious deck and comfortable patio furniture. Sit back and watch the passing ships, tumbling waves, horses running on the tide flats, and eagles swooping into the water to catch their meals. Our parking area is directly in front of the house. Please do not block or park in front of our neighbors. We also have a small front yard, partially fenced. The parking area is gravel, and the Front Yard path is paved. | BEACH ACCESS | This home is located directly on Sunlight Beach overlooking Useless Bay. We share our beach access with the neighbors to the left, so please be respectful. The beach access consists of 5 large stone steps followed by a step down onto the beach. Please note that there is often driftwood at the bottom, and that conditions can change depending on the tides. Please use with caution. | SPLIT-LEVEL HOME | This house has many unique and original features; stain glass windows, original lighting, the brick fireplace - and its Split-Level layout. | ENTRY LEVEL | This is where you will enter the home using the key located in the lockbox. Located on this floor are One Queen bedroom, One Bunkbed room, and the Shower/Tub Combo Bathroom as well as the Laundry area. From the Entry Level you can access both the Main Floor and Basement, only a half-flight of stairs up or down. | MAIN LEVEL | This is the heart of the home, and where guests typically spend most of their time. You can access the Top Level, Entry Level, and Deck/Beach from here. Includes the Kitchen, Dining Table, and Living Room. | TOP LEVEL | Includes two bedrooms: One King and One Queen. They are connected by a short landing where you can access the Shower Bathroom or look down to the Main Level from.
