The Artist Loft at Beyond Studio

The artist loft has a playful, cozy vibe with lots of color, original artwork, nooks and crannies for resting, writing, drawing, or just hanging out. It includes the entire third floor of our landmark Victorian on historic Walnut Street, central to the most vibrant parts of town. Nearby, find MSU, downtown Springfield bars, restaurants, galleries, Cardinals baseball, Route 66, and great shopping (and the best flea markets!), all within walking distance. Come get your creative juices flowing! The space This loft is located in the top floor of a landmark Victorian home that also houses a creative therapy practice and lots of art-making. Nestled between stately oaks and maples, and other gorgeous old homes, the historic Mosher House provides cozy sanctuary in the heart of the city. The Artist Loft greets you with soft, comfortable sleeping and lounging areas, an artsy kitchenette, outdoor sitting areas (including the front porch of the house), and a Roku TV. Guest access Guests have access to the entire third floor, and all outdoor sitting areas, including the front porch. The door at the bottom of the indoor stairs remains locked, since the second floor houses therapy offices. Other things to note This loft is located on the third floor of the house and will require all guests to climb two flights of stairs.
