Beautiful 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home with a private pool and hot tub located a half block from the beach and 3 blocks from the river. This home has 2 living areas and plenty of space to relax indoors or out! Guests can enjoy the privately fenced backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire table, fire pit, grill, and breezeway sitting area. Located in the heart of Melbourne Beach, just 15 minutes to the Melbourne airport and just over an hour from Orlando and it's attractions. Guests can enjoy the beautiful Florida outdoors and are free to use the bikes, kayaks, boogie boards, and beach gear available in the house (see waiver included in section below). Some pool toys / floats are included, as well as pool towels. Home is equipped with plenty of toys for small children, a highchair, booster seat for dining chairs, crib, pack n play, and bouncy seat. Guests are also welcome to use the fitness center which boasts a treadmill, elliptical, weight machine, as well as a sofa bed, sink, and television. Guests have full access to entire home including private pool, hot tub, breezeway lounge area, outdoor patio with grill and fire pit, fitness center, and washer and dryer. Only off limit areas are the master closet and pantry which will be locked. While I don't live full time in town I will be available via texting / email throughout your stay to answer any questions you have. Guests will be able to self check-in and check-out for a contactless and relaxing vacation! Melbourne Beach is a beautiful town and this house is within walking distance to a market, diner, pizza shop, ice cream shop, bait shop, gas station, park, the Melbourne Beach Pier, a beachside restaurant and bar, an upscale steakhouse, and more! An easy drive or bike ride to the public beach boardwalk, beach shops, and restaurants in Indialantic. This house is an hour and a half from the Orlando Theme Parks and less than an hour from Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and Cocoa Beach. Speed limit is strictly enforced in Melbourne Beach, and the streets are very walker / bike friendly. Please note that pool and yard will be serviced once per week and could overlap with your stay. These services only take about an hour. Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, bikes, uses fitness equipment, or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, biking, using fitness equipment, or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.
