We have a really cozy cowboy shack now available! This space features a queen bed with single loft bed. It has a ceiling fan, AC and heat! You receive the same access to our grounds, newly renovated pool, clubhouse, and bathroom facilities. The bathroom and shower are in the dining hall about 100 yards away. There is 50mbs wifi, parking just outside the unit and 170 acres of high desert to explore. Pet fee is 10.00/nite/pet. Message us about pets please. The space This location is a quiet and secluded setting with plenty of space for gatherings such as weddings, family reunions or just a quiet stay to gaze at the brightest stars in the state. Great for family reunions. Utah cedars and grasses make the site great for hikes and discoveries for the kids. Wind Walker Homestead is 170 acres of solitude and peace. In addition to the comfortable Ranchettes, you will enjoy the 2500 square foot Event hall that has a pool table, ping pong table, fireplace along with 2 outside patios, large 8000 square foot lawn area with pavilion and large firepit area for s'mores. A newly renovated pool with tables/chairs, showers, and adjoining firepit make this a popular gathering place for families and friends. A new basketball court was just added next to the kids playground area. Farm animals include cows, pigs, ducks, chickens, pygmy goats and peacocks. Fun places close to Wind Walker Homestead include Palisades State Park, Maple Canyon for hiking/climbing, Manti LaSal National Forest for fishing/ATV. Ephraim, Mt. Pleasant, Manti and Spring City are minutes away and have lots of attractions and eateries. Bring the kids and have some fun for a few days. Guest access All of it and the 170 acres of the property. The pool is now up and running. Also a reminder that the property is on a septic system and not sewer, so please only flush toilet paper. Other things to note There are a few Native American ceremony sites on the property and ask that you respect these areas and not disturb. Also there are no personal firepits allowed by the units, but you can use the large firepit just west of the lawn area by the rec hall. Also a reminder that hiking is permitted anywhere on the property, but biking is to be on the road and dirt paths. Cars, trucks and other motorized vehicles are only allowed on the gravel roads, no off road. The Spring City, Manti, Ephraim canyons are a great place to take a ride and access the Arapeen OHV/ATV trails system.
