The approx. 40 m², centrally heated, non-smoking holiday home for up to 4 people is equipped with insect protection and has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, passage to the bedroom), a bedroom (one double bed, one bunk bed), a separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bathroom (shower, WC) and a small hallway. There is also a car park, a seating area in front of the house, barbecue, free Wi-Fi and 2 bicycles for hire. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen. The Hanseatic town of Greifswald is approx. 20 km away. The island of Usedom can be reached in approx. 30 km. The village has a pier with jetty, wide sandy beach (also nudist and dog beach), bicycle and pedal boat hire, shopping facilities, numerous restaurants and a sports and leisure centre (bowling, fitness, wellness).
