Guest access Guests are booking a one bedroom cottage, located on the ground floor of Priory Cottage. Private Guest entrance from driveway and doorway from bedroom out into private patio and front lawn. welcome to walk around the garden, store for bicycles. The accommodation Comprises of large kitchen, shower wetroom, living room and bedroom. There is an adjoining door to the rest of Priory Cottage In the living room. This door is kept locked when guests are staying. Your Hosts live in that part of the house. The key lock code will be sent just before your check in date. I provide complementary tea and coffee and condiments, dishwasher tablets, cloths, cleaning products, ice, cutlery, plates, pans for cooking, all bed linen and towels. Iron and board, cleaning equipment. Please take a few moments to check the property items list and rules in this listing: No events, Please ask your host before inviting visitors into the cottage. As a rule this is not allowed, due to the size of the cottage and due to the business insurance policy, the number of guests in the booking should be the only ones who stay throughout the duration of the booking, especially over night. ♻️there is a blue food caddy on the kitchen worktop. Please put all food scraps and soiled kitchen roll tissue into this caddy. The full bag can then be placed in the larger green food caddy in the bin area. Please wash all recyclables and place in the three square bins area which house the coloured bags - ❤️recycle plastic containers, metal containers, 💙 paper, 🧡cardboard, magazines, 🖤 black open crate glass containers, General rubbish in BLACK Wheelie Bin. This area is accessed through the gate just to the right of the kitchen window. Host also has a dog. A Small very friendly springer spaniel. No dogs or other pets sadly this is due to some guests not sticking to the rules of only bringing one dog and not leaving their dogs loose alone in the garden and cottage. The driveway is shared with other neighbours, so please park in guests parking area. There is space in this area for 4 small/medium size cars, please let me know if you are bringing more than one car. Guests park here at their own risk. Quiet Hours 2300 -7am There is a Ring Doorbell Camera fitted on guest entrance, for Guest and Host security.
