This apartment face the Mediterranean with amazing views. It is a 40 m2 1 bedroom apartment with 2 single beds (that can be reconverted into 1 double) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. It has all the necessary equipment. It has been fully refurbished in September 2016. TOURIST TAX 2 EUR PER ADULT (<17) /NIGHT UP TO MAX 7 NIGHTS The space The apartment area has direct access to a beautiful beach. it is only 150 meters to the apartment with no need to cross roads/railways. There is a narrow tunnel tat gets you to the beach, this is why the beach is never crowded. Guest access There is laundry room in the same floor outside the apartment. There is a communal area for kids and some communal gardens (the ones that you see in the pictures). The stairs to the apartment look a bit old-fashioned and may need an update from the aesthetic point of view Other things to note Apartment located at 150 meters to the beach in the middle of the nature. Very appropriate for couples of families with small kids (4 is maximum occupancy with 2 people sleeping in the soda bed).
