However, please note that the outdoor gate to the storage area, storage bins off the back patio, and the space under the house are locked and reserved for owner use. Do not attempt to open or tamper with these restricted areas. Fines may be imposed if these spaces are accessed without permission. Other things to note Good to Know During Your Stay Propane for Fire Table: We do not provide propane refills for the fire table. Tanks can be exchanged nearby at Rite Aid or the liquor store around the corner. Please plan ahead, as the tank may be empty upon arrival. BBQs: All BBQs at the home run on natural gas—no propane refills needed! Landscaping Service: Our landscaper Felix stops by every other Monday between9 AM and 5 PM. Outdoor speakers and gatherings that disturb neighbors are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of voices, music, and activity—especially in outdoor areas like decks, patios, and courtyards.
