You'll rest in style on the gorgeous leather queen bed and the comfy Italian leather sofa bed. We've prepared bedding for 3 and stocked the kitchen with all the cooking essentials you might need for an extended stay. Consider it your home away from home, right by the beach and bay! You will have exclusive access to our entire apartment, including all appliances and the yard. The courtyard is shared among all guests and features lawn chairs, umbrellas, and tables for additional guests. The on-site laundry room is available free of charge. We are less than 15 minute drive from the property in the case that there is an emergency or situation where we must be present. We'll be in touch via Airbnb to check in on you folks and ensure all is well. You are walking distance from bars, restaurants, and entertainment for the entire family. Street cleaning now occurs on Monday (on the street alongside the building) and Wednesday across the street from the building. Parking in the alley is prohibited, and any parking tickets incurred are the sole responsibility of the guest. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities.
