The space With an unbeatable orientation(Sur), the 15 m2 terrace faces the main pool. Every room overlooks the interior of the development, so you can't hear car noises. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and very well kept. It has a central A/C, 43"TV, all kinds of appliances, chairs and beach umbrellas.... Linens and towels are provided. Guest access The urbanization has huge tropical gardens, 4 swimming pools, 2 padel courts, free wifi without data limit, pinpong table, underground garage and maintenance and concierge service 24 hours a day. Its location within the core of Sabinillas offers all the amenities in the surroundings. You can walk to the beach, Marina de la Duquesa, Paseo Maritimo de San Luis de Sabinillas or Mercadona. Bars and restaurants are located next door, so there's no need to take the car. Other things to note The apartment is brand new, bright and modern with contemporary furnishings and recently bought appliances. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, the master with double bed and en suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a family shower room. There is fully equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and Fridge Freezer. The open plan lounge area with communal television channels opens up onto the south facing terrace overlooking the swimming pool and tropical gardens. The terrace has a dining table to seat 4 and a parasol. The apartment has air conditioning (fitted with a timer) and wifi. There is one allocated car parking space inside the complex. The complex is gated with a communal swimming pool with separate children's pool surrounded by well maintained gardens. Our penthouse apartment in Residencial Duquesa is in an unrivaled location and can fail to disappoint with something to suit all: • Beach lovers – just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach at Duquesa which stretches for 8km with golden sand and clear blue sea dotted with chiringuitos, sun beds and parasols and a promenade in parts. • The Port of Duquesa is just across the road where you can sit and watch the world drift by during the day in one of the many cafes or in the evening the pace livens and you have an array of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and budgets • For those seeking tradition and charm you are a few minutes walk from the pretty fishing hamlet of Castillo where you can see a more simple and relaxed way of life • 2 minutes walk to the centre of the modern, working town of Sabanillas, where you can find every amenity and shop required during your stay and also host of a weekly market selling locally grown produce and other goods.
