Begin your mornings with a quick dip in Lake Hamilton off your private boat dock before heading to Central Avenue for a bite to eat. In the afternoons, enjoy the sun on a boat ride before returning home for a backyard barbecue! As the sun sets, enjoy a glass of wine and game of cornhole! The space We look forward to hosting you. We feel we have a slice of paradise on Lake Hamilton. This is a great gathering space for all your outdoor adventures. We are just off the main channel in a small cove that keeps us with calm waters perfect for swimming and kayaking. You can still witness all the boat activity on the main channel as well. Please remember Hot Springs has so much to offer including world class mountain biking and the cutest downtown to walk around. We hope to host you soon. Guest access The entire home is available for your enjoyment. The backyard is open and blends in with the neighbors yard. Please be cognizant of quiet hours. Other things to note Please note that the main bedroom (king size bed) is also the main thoroughfare to the downstairs bedrooms. You can also access the downstairs bedrooms from a private outside entrance. The minimum age requirement to stay is 25. This does not apply to family members staying together. If a group of friends stay and are found to be under 25, they will be asked to leave immediately. Please present your ID to the camera upon check in.
