Large Rustic 1800's Lake Home
This 1800's summer lake house has been overlooking Lake Sunapee since the Steamboat Era. Our unique seasonal home is rustic, but has had some major updates, like a new main floor bath with laundry and updated kitchen. You will find everything you need to visit and enjoy the many things that our area has to offer! There is no swimming, fishing, or boat access in front of the house. The slips in front of the house are all privately owned and are not public dock space. There are 4 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. 3 Bedrooms have Queen size beds and 1 has Twin bunk beds. The main level has kitchen, dining, bathroom with shower and laundry, living room and a bedroom or sitting room that has a day bed with a pull out Twin trundle. No Pets or Smoking allowed. Whole house. Porch & Gas Grill You will find an information book inside the home that includes WiFi access, local restaurants, upcoming events, and how to contact me during your stay. Lots to do while spending a day in Sunapee Harbor. Check out some art in the Harbor Gallery, follow the Sunapee Harbor Riverwalk over the covered bridge, visit the various shops, take a boat tour on the M.V. Mt. Sunapee, take a dinner cruise on the M.V. Kearsarge, visit one of the 2 eateries, listen to live music, get ice cream, get a smoothie, visit the Sunapee Historical Society Museum, or just relax in the park and enjoy watching the boats on the lake. Included with your rental is a guest pass for Dewey Beach that is just down the road. If the pass is not returned, you will lose $25.00 of your deposit for replacement.
