The location is amazing and you can be in DT in just 5 min via car Other things to note Please note that the immediate surrounding neighborhood of our listing is a more industrial area. It is about a 5 minute walk/1-2 minute drive to the residential area. This listing is definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel and is best suited for low maintenance, tech savvy travelers looking for well located accommodations at an affordable price. We have priced our listing very competitively given the size and location as you will see we are one of, if not the lowest priced option in this area of town. This listing would not be well suited for anyone looking for a high touch experience or brand new furniture/lots of personalized decorations as we prefer to give our guests as much space as possible and will only have a property manager available in the event of an emergency. This is located in a more commercial/industrial neighborhood with the closest residential neighbors about a 5 minute walk/2 minute drive away. There are 2 other units in this building. Closest bus stop is a 3 minute walk and there is a great taco shop 5 minute walk away. Just want to make sure we have set accurate expectations! We would please, please make sure you are comfortable with layout, full listing description, and location prior to booking. This is definitely not a good fit for someone used to staying in hotels and/or high end properties. Simply a budget accommodation for an increasingly expensive city. Our usual guest is a low maintenance, tech savvy single person on a budget. We are open to hosting people from all walks of life, but definitely want to manage/temper expectations and make sure you understand why this is one of the cheapest options available.
