TV's in every bedroom, each bedroom has French doors leading to backyard or private The space This is our family home that has been remodeled and turned into a rental property while my father travels. Gilligan's Island is a 30 day minimum rental, many of our guests stay while in the process of purchasing a home, having their home remodeled or are in town for work. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths ~Master bedroom has California King sized bed on an antique four poster bed frame, smart TV mounted to the wall, French doors which open to the backyard putting green area, ensuite bathroom with custom, stone walk in shower and dual sinks. ~Bedroom #2 & #3 each have queen sized beds, closets, smart TV mounted on the wall and French doors leading to the backyard or private patio. ~Hall bathroom has tub/shower combination. ~Front living room is enclosed with a glass door, has a TV, pull out sofa bed, board games and a piano. Can be turned into a play room for kids. ~Kitchen has coffee maker (both regular and Keurig), toaster, stove/oven, microwave, pots, pans, cookware, pantry, fridge, pretty well stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen. ~Laundry room, stackable washer and drier. Door in laundry room leads to garage which is off limits to guests. ~Open kitchen/dining room/living room. Bar top seating for 3, dining table for 4, antique armoire contains printer, living room features L shaped couch, love seat with foot rest. Large windows showcase the backyard. ~The back yard features a putting green, a BBQ island with an outdoor fridge, multiple water-falls, a hot tub, a bon-fire pit, outdoor heaters, a big screen TV with a surround sound system. Our property is lush and green with many palm trees, tropical flowers and plants. Great for families who love to BBQ and entertain, enjoy outdoor game and movie nights during spring and summer. ~Front courtyard has an outdoor dining table and comfy outdoor seating +Access to the Ring doorbell camera and Schlage electronic door lock are available during your stay for your our comfort and safety. +The first $300 in utilities is included per month. +Rental agreement and background check required. Guest access You will have access to the entire house besides the areas that are listed as "private". There is no access to the garage whatsoever. There is no access into the backyard from the driveway. The only way guests can enter the backyard is through the house. There is a private closet in the hallway that is locked and not accessible by guests. A small portion of the backyard is private and guest access is not allowed, the areas are labeled as “private” and have special locks. Other things to note 1.) Up to $300 in utilities included (gas, electric & water) 2.) Rental agreement required with background check 3.) No smoking allowed indoors! Smoking inside the home will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 4.) Only registered guests on property unless you have prior authorization. Any party or event that takes place on the property without approval is subject to additional cleaning fees, a $50 per person fee for each unregistered guest and immediate eviction from the property. 5.) Our property is equipped with a separate living quarters in the garage which we call "The Casita", when we are in town for business this is where we stay. The casita has its own entrance, a kitchenette and bathroom, you most likely won’t know anyone is there.
