After a day exploring the Gulf Coast, unwind by the fire pit beneath string lights or relax inside this calm, pet-friendly retreat just four blocks from the beach. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and three beds. The primary suite features a king bed, ample storage, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A sofa bed adds flexible sleeping space in the same room. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, offering a restful, cozy atmosphere. Both bathrooms are fully equipped, one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a rainfall shower. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics, cookware, and modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Enjoy your morning brew at the dedicated coffee bar, then gather around the breakfast island for relaxed meals together. Living spaces A bright open-plan living room invites you to unwind with an HDTV featuring Netflix and Roku. High-speed WiFi and a private workspace with a door make it easy to balance work and leisure. Central air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating ensure year-round comfort. Outdoor living Step into a private backyard fully enclosed with fencing and soft grass. Dine at the outdoor table, grill on the BBQ, or sit by the fire pit as the sun sets. The patio and outdoor furniture create an inviting setting to enjoy Gulf Coast evenings. Beach essentials are provided for easy days on the sand. Family-friendly touches Families will appreciate the pack ’n play and selection of board games. The single-level layout with no stairs provides accessibility for all ages, and pets are welcome to join the fun. Neighborhood Located in a peaceful area of Long Beach, Mississippi, the home is only four blocks from the beach and a short walk to local parks and downtown restaurants. Jones Park, Gulfport Harbor, and the Mississippi Aquarium are within a few miles, with 13 casinos nearby and day trips to New Orleans or Mobile less than two hours away. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy when you book your stay. Checking in is a breeze with the self-check-in process. You can come and go quickly with a personalized code and keypad at the front door. There is ample parking on the premises, and free street parking is available should you need it. Other things to note House Rules • No Parties • Be respectful of neighbors especially late nights • Please take care to sheets and towels and please do not stain them • No smoking in the house this could result in $150 fine to clean the smoke smell out of the house. • If bringing pets please be extra careful to not have any damages ** Any damages to property, linens, or home decor could result in additional fines. All we ask is that you 1) relax and enjoy your trip and 2) be respectful to the neighbors, investment, and risk we have made to have an Airbnb property to host you. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
