Whole House Rental - Dog Friendly, Quiet Neighborhood, Close to Mayo Clinic, St Mary’s Hospital, Downtown Campus, Parks, Stores, Trail Systems and bus stops. Come experience the Lofted Front House and see why it is like no other! This scaled down space has been carefully designed to pack a punch and give you all the amenities found in larger homes. The space Main floor features a living room with a queen sized pull out sofa, Smart TV, and stylish recliner. There is a full bathroom and an office space 2 can enjoy. Small dining table can seat 2 comfortably, but TV trays are also provided for those who prefer their meals more casually. There is a fully stocked kitchen for you to prepare meals. (Pots/Pans, dishes, cooking sheets, full knives set, coffee maker, coffee, tea, cleaning supplies, brita water filter, and various spices are all provided in the home.) You’ll need to climb the ladder to get to the main bedroom loft that has a comfortable queen sized bed. An added bonus is our 4 season porch. Open up the garage style door on warmer days to soak in the rays, or keep the door closed and lounge in the sun filled room. Guests of the Front House can enjoy our outdoor patio alcove between the Front and Backhouse which connects to the 4 season porch/sunroom. A full sized washer and dryer can be found in the basement. Guest access Entire house, sunroom, patio alcove, front porch, and laundry are all accessible to guests during their stay at the Front House. Other things to note *Dog Friendly* No cats allowed and guests must get approval from hosts before bringing a dog. Guests are required to clean up after themselves, their guests, and their animals (if any.) Our yard is not fenced in but a dog “lead” or tie out is provided by the hosts. ***Please note that you will need to climb an angled ladder to get to our main bedroom loft during your stay. Extra linens can be used for either sofa to accommodate extra guests. The breezeway does separate the front and Backhouse and we ask Backhouse guests to not occupy that space during their stays. Backhouse does however have access to the sunroom, so it is not secured solely to the Fronthouse. Backhouse electrical panel is located in the breezeway which Backhouse guests or owners may need to access during a Fronthouse visit.*** This home is not suitable for infants or children. Other things to note: We provide initial toiletries to start but you will need to refill if you are in an extended stay. Please use bleach/oxy clean (provided) during laundry to keep them nice and white and wash 1x per week for extended stays. Do not wash colors and whites. Garbage cans need to go out on Thursday night for Friday pick up. Cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and sanitizing. Any additional cleaning outside of normal wear and tear may incur additional cleaning costs at the discretion of hosts and cleaning staff.
