Chatham Country Getaway

Highly rated, bright, open concept, two bedroom, one bath, duplex house. Conveniently located just one mile from Main St in Chatham between the Chatham Berry Farm and Mac-Haydn Theater. Just a 5 min drive from the TSP, a 10 minute drive to Art Omi, 20 min to Hudson about 35 to 40 minutes from Catamount Mountain, Bosquet, Jiminy Peak Ski Resort, Great Barrington, MA, and Tanglewood. Short term to semi long term stays are welcome and up to two pets may be allowed with prior approval from me. The space The Airbnb is a modular, open concept addition, added to the main house in 2000. It has a private, separate entrance in the back of the home, and includes a small porch/deck outside entrance with a large yard with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and some views of the Catskill Mountains. When you walk into the BNB, the dining area is on your left, which leads into kitchen beyond dining area. The two bedrooms are on the right (you have to walk through smaller bedroom to get to master bedroom). The dining area is open to the living room with vaulted ceilings and is off the kitchen. There’s a large bathroom on the other side of the living room and includes a large vanity with chair, sink, walk in shower stall, and a large closet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with massive dual closets on one side and a smaller closet on the other side. I have a twin mattress and box spring that can be setup in the large master bedroom or in living room. The smaller bedroom has a full size LL Bean Black Iron Bed and a closet. Guest access Airbnb is entire modular addition with a separate entrance, in the far back right of the home, with its own dedicated stone parking area and walkway right outside of the Airbnb entrance. Other things to note As noted elsewhere: Up to two spayed or neutered and housebroken dog or cat may be allowed with prior approval by me You have to walk through smaller bedroom to enter master bedroom There are two outdoor security cameras I have a 4 year old Aussie pup who’s very friendly, rarely barks, and, like me, is only there about 50 percent of the time.
