The kitchen is fully equipped: large fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and oven. There are two bathrooms with shower, two double bedrooms (one double bed can be split into two single beds if needed), a single sofa bed, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, WI-FI, barbecue and mosquito nets. Forget shoes, only flip-flop are needed: the beach is just across the street! Guest access Guests can access all spaces in the house. Other things to note - Our check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00. If you wish to check in earlier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your request. Late check-ins, from 21:00 to 24:00, are possible prior approval, but may be subject to an extra charge. Our check-out time is no later than 10:00. Please kindly confirm your arrival time as soon as possible. - We will meet you at the property to hand over the house keys. - The rental of this property takes place in the name and on behalf of the owner. Within 30 days from the check-in you will receive the rental agreement to sign and send back prior to your arrival. - We must communicate the personal details of each guest to the competent bodies, for this reason, upon your arrival, we will take a photo of the ID of each guest. You are welcome to take pictures of the documents and send them to us prior to your arrival. - Some municipalities require non-residents to pay a small fee called ‘city tax’.
