Extra Large Beach Towels also. Tigertail Beach is a short walk to the north of the building located on the protected nature preserve (5 miles Long). They have kayaks and paddle boats for rent. The primary Guest must be 28 or older. NO Smoking or Vaping is allowed in or around the Condo or Balcony. NO Pets are allowed. Guests will need to register with South Seas Tower upon check-in. They will be charged a one time $100 parking/registration fee. Second Car will be another $100.
