The spacious shower room with window is well equipped with toilet, vanity, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. Vinyl was laid in the living area. The bedrooms of the apartment are an exception. Here you will find a laminate floor. Dear guests, this is a non-smoking apartment. Bicycles can be parked in a bicycle cellar in the underground parking lot. You can park your car in the underground parking lot on parking space no. 25 (max. parking height 1.50 m; not suitable for SUVs, vans and lowered cars). For guests whose vehicle is too large for the underground garage and who stay at least 7 days, a parking space in the parking garage at EDEKA is provided free of charge. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the common areas of the house and can be used for a fee.
