The location The exclusive and light-flooded apartment is located in a south-western location on the first floor of house 3. The Baltic Sea is practically on the doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenhagen. The pier and spa park are within a few minutes' walk. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and destinations. Hiking and cycling trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular Seebrückenfest, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family. The amenities The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, as well as a dining area. In the living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is equipped with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up in the living area for a fee and on request you can book a high chair. In the stylish bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a hallway with a wardrobe. On the balcony equipped with garden furniture and parasol, you can enjoy the sun, which shines here until the evening. The balcony is accessible from the living room. Except for a threshold to the balcony, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free. Special features On request, you can use the attractive amenities of the holiday complex – in house 5 there is a sauna area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna and relaxation room. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at reception for a small rental fee. Our guest reception with reception and lounge is located in the in-house café 'Up Wiek'.
