The open kitchen is fully equipped. The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second is with a 1.40 m wide single bed as well as its own TV. There is a bathroom with shower as well as a second mini bathroom with toilet and cold water sink. Free high-speed WiFi. The space In the small village of Panitzsch near Leipzig, not far from BMW, the New Trade Fair Centre and the A14 motorway, we have brought a listed house from the Wilhelminian period back to life in 2021 on a very beautiful large plot of land. Here you will find four holiday flats of different sizes, for one to four guests. We are happy to provide a high chair and cot for our very young guests. The green outdoor area with numerous seating areas and barbecue is available to all guests. There are parking spaces for cars in the courtyard, and a room for bicycles is available in the outbuilding upon request. A washer-dryer can be used free of charge in the cellar after consultation. The super cosy flat "Helene" for up to three people was completely recreated in the original attic. The "attic charm" could be preserved in parts, the roof beams are visible and the original doors with the original colouring and the old fittings were reinstalled. In the living room you will find two comfortable leather couches and a modern flat screen TV with Netflix. The open modern kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as crockery and pots). The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the second with a 1.40 m wide single bed and its own TV. In the bathroom with window you will find an almost ground-level shower as well as a WC and washbasin. A second mini-bathroom with WC and cold water washbasin provides flexibility when you need to move quickly. Of course, you can use high-speed Wi-Fi free of charge. The beds are of course freshly made on arrival and towel packs are available for use free of charge. Guest access The electronic access code, which is sent in advance of arrival, allows access to the house and the flat on the 1st floor on the right. It is valid from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure, but can be extended if necessary. Access to the courtyard is possible at any time.
