Bath 2: Marble and tile custom shower with glass door. Living Room – Comfy Sofa, flat-screen TV, stylish art, natural light. Kitchen – Fully stocked, combination Keurig pod / drip coffee maker. Dining Area – Glass-topped table with four upholstered chairs. - Landscaped parking for 1 vehicle. This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area.
