Located within a quaint residential neighborhood The space Welcome to our favorite midtown bungalow! Newly renovated, this house is set up to ensure a relaxing, fun and extremely comfortable visit. From the quaint rocking chair front porch, to the fully fenced backyard and patio you will enjoy an expertly stocked and styled home away from home. While not exploring some of the fantastic local restaurants you will find the kitchen fully outfitted for all cooking styles with a gas range, ample cookware and plenty of serveware. Caffeinating styles are also top priority with a Keurig, quality drip coffee maker and teapot supplied. New hybrid, memory foam bedding ensure quality rest, along with a private office area for working remotely. The bungalow is equipped with new smart TV’s and high speed Spectrum internet. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails under the patio lights year round in the private backyard! A propane grill, outdoor dining area and firepit offer the perfect setup for cool Carolina evenings or summer nights when fresh grilled seafood and s’mores are in season:) Within one mile of the house is a Whole Foods, Starbucks, Harris Teeter and Trader Joe’s as well as one of our favorite city parks and dog park. You are also minutes to the cross city trail, our pedestrian system that connects the beach to the Riverfront. The current setup offers a King and Queen bedroom. Twin trundle bed with new hybrid mattresses in 3rd bedroom/private office. A pack and play, stroller and highchair can be available upon request. A $65per pet fee applies to visiting pups.
