The Ranchhouse is on a working ranch consisting of 106 acres of gorgeous pasture land, woods, and lake. The sunsets from the back patio are only rivaled by the stunning starry nights. Peaceful... located far from the sounds of the city, yet far from "roughing it". - The physical location is 1060 Brushy Road, Fayetteville, Texas 78940. The space The ranchhouse is set on a panoramic hilltop with both sunrise and sunset views. Very nicely appointed with antiques and fine art. Peaceful, and serene. Other things to note The Westview ranchhouse is located within a working ranch with cattle and livestock. Wildlife, too is abundant. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED for safety reasons. NO SMOKING or vaping. Adult only venue.
