The recently remodeled and tastefully decorated house has two bedrooms in one wing and a separate master bedroom suite on the other side of the house. The screened in lanai offers protected outdoor space facing west, looking at the tall trees of the preserve and sunset views. ` The space This is a special location just off the preserve lands of Shamrock Park. The area is full of birds, tortoises, and various other species unique to the area. There is a path from the backyard of the property that leads over to the Venetian Walking Trail. The trail connects into over thirty miles of car free walking and cycling paths along the ICW. The back of the property faces west allowing for views of the breath taking Gulf sunsets.
