The Enso Connect guest verification process will require: * Signing of rental agreement * ID and selfie uploads Guests will have exclusive access The Beach Club which has 4 cottages on the property. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities are lake access, private walkout patio, grill & fire pit, yard games & play equipment, beach chairs and outdoor shower. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features). Other things to note • You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification. • Discounts applied automatically: 15% off for stays 7+ nights 30% off for stays 30+ nights • Extensions: Contact us for special offers. • Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
