Hello dear vacation guests, our spacious apartment with south balcony is located on the 1st floor and is located in the district of Grubenhaus about 1 km from Teisendorf. Grocery stores, bakers, butchers, cafes, our ice cream parlor in the historic market street and restaurants invite you with drinks from the local brewery. The proximity to the excursion destinations of Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Lake Waging and Lake Chiem make our location unique. It is spacious and comfortable and is located on the 1st floor of our apartment building. A fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher and microwave, a living room with TV and fireplace, two bedrooms with TV, a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and bathtub, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Ideal for a family vacation in the Berchtesgaden region. You are welcome to bring your dog (9.00 EUR/day/dog) by arrangement. If your pet sleeps with you in your bed, please bring your own bed linens or blanket. In order for all guests and neighbors to have a relaxed stay, we ask you to be considerate after 10 pm and to keep noise to a minimum. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Parking is available. Beautiful hiking and biking trails pass by the house, which are very suitable for walks. Teisendorf is located in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel not far from Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall and Berchtesgaden. Lake Chiemsee is always worth a trip! Our house is located just outside Teisendorf in approx. 20 minutes' walk to the town center. The historic market street with many shops and gastronomy is worth a visit. Enjoy the views of the Teisenberg, Staufen and Zwiesel from the balcony or conservatory. We have reserved a parking space for your car at the house. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
