The heated pool lounge features dining, chaise lounges + breathtaking views! Direct Waterfront! *Please note primary renter must be 25+ to reserve and staying at the property. Guests are able to access the entire property, both inside and out. We want all guests to thoroughly enjoy their time at the home. Our company, By The Sea Vacation Villas, offers exclusive property management services for Casa Riviera. Our friendly and knowledgeable team is always available to answer any and all questions you may have throughout your stay. Our maintenance technicians are available 7 days per week (they are wonderful guys!) Casa Riviera is situated in a first class, private, beach community in East Fort Lauderdale's Bermuda Riviera subdivision. This wonderful community is situated across the street (Ocean Boulevard) from a shopping plaza, which features a full service grocery store, as well as a multitude of shops, restaurants and coffee, including Dunkin' Donuts, as well as Starbucks. In addition, the beach is within a short walk from Casa Riviera, as well as Lauderdale by the Sea! Getting Around There is a unique community air conditioned shuttle called the Pelican Hopper. The shuttle picks up in the neighborhood and will drive you and your party to many different points of interest in town (including the Publix grocery store). Please keep in mind when renting a private home there are 3rd party service providers involved for Internet, TV, Electric, Gas, Pool. We can not be responsible for interruptions in service from 3rd party providers. If you experience an interruption we will call the 3rd party providers and request service asap. Refunds will not be given for interruptions in service from 3rd party providers. The rental office has pack and play cribs, high chairs, baby strollers and air mattresses available for rent at our office for $30 per item per stay. Please note as there will be no refunds for missing amenities. Amenities visible in photos and listed may be missing since items need to be changed out from time to time due to safety concerns or items being warn out. Pool heating is available all year round, however, it is an optional extra which is payable in addition to the cost of your reservation. Prices are $35 per day plus tax. Pool heating may not be necessary for your vacation, especially if you’re visiting Florida in the hot summer months. If you need any pool heating it is likely to be in the winter and early spring months when daytime temperatures are cooler.You can add pool heating to your booking by calling our office to order it 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you opt to have no pool heating but you change your mind while on vacation, we can arrange for your pool heating to be turned on however please be aware electric heaters can take up to 24 hours to heat up. The maximum temp to prevent algae from forming in the pool is 87 degrees.Note as this can not be ordered through the message thread.
