French Country Cottage

1900's Victorian house fully restored for guests wanting ground floor rooms, handicap accessible or traveling with children. Families, groups, couples, business travelers, church retreats, scrap booking or crafting groups. Kitchen and Dining Room Available. 3 rooms have private entrance, bath, thermostat, Roku T.V./DVD/VCR/movies and WiFi. Individual rooms or the entire house can be rented.Additional meals available.We have a hotdog/s'mores/ cook fire pit, small reflecting pond and games. The space Large Rooms let you spread out to relax or work. Cable T.V., Roku and WiFi keep you connected. All baths have showers, some have claw foot tubs to soak in. Shampoo, soaps, hairdryer and well lit mirrors provided. The Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans for cooking your own meals. A continental breakfast or full breakfast can be added for a small fee. Special dietary requests are gladly accepted. Guest access You will be checking in at 803 W. 10th St., we'll show you the Casual House access door code and a few details about the house to get you settled in. We live just a few blocks away and will be available should you need anything day or night. You will not have to drop off a key upon check out to make it more convenient for you. Just lock the door when you leave with the code provided. The Room includes a bath as well as access to the Kitchen and Dining Room and the house has a wonderful front porch and seating for drinking your morning coffee and a backyard patio for evening enjoyment. Other things to note We are minutes away from the town square with a Newly Renovated Courthouse, State Park, 6 Area Lakes, Golf Course, Winery, Safari Park, Shopping, Restaurants, museums, hiking and biking trails and fossil hunting. Drive a little further to Casinos, Outlet Malls, Skydiving, and 2 more wineries.
