One week minimum stay for all major holidays. Waterfront, 2900 SF Home, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 fireplaces, hot tub, internet WIFI, Satellite TV, 2 car carport, walk to Starbucks, restaurants, etc. 10 minute from the Bremerton Ferry dock. 3 night min. Email for info. Guests must sign and return the rules and welcome list along with rental agreement before the date of check-in. The space 50 feet of water front on Oyster Bay. Watch the sea life, boating, canoe and kayak is also available AYOR. Beautiful sunsets and views of the Cascade Mountains. BBQ on the large deck and relax in the hot tub. Prepare dinner in the large kitchen and watch movies by the fire. Guest access All spaces in the house except for the owners locked closet in the downstairs hallway, and the owners maintenance closet in the downstairs hallway with the sign. Also tenants are not to use the wood stove. Please stay on the property and do not go on the neighbor's property or neighbors dock. Thank you! Other things to note Electric panel is in the stairwell, water shut off is under the metal cover at the end of the carport. Adult supervision for minors is needed at all times. Minors are not allowed to use the hot tub or be on the beach without adult supervision.
