The house consists of a large living room-kitchen with sofa-bed, three bedrooms, two doubles and a triple, and two bathrooms with a shower and with instant water heater which allows simultaneous use of the two bathrooms with no time limit. The three rooms are air-conditioned cooling/heating with new air conditioners with heat pumps and the living room is equipped with modern wood-burning stove , the house is therefore suitable also for autumn holidays . The house is equipped with many outdoor spaces such as a large front porch, which serves as a living room outside, a back porch, ideal for outdoor dining, a outdoor area with barbacue, two outdoor showers and a large open space with a pergola for shelter car. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests, it is especially indicated for large groups or two families. Immersed in a green orchard, the house is reached along a country road that branches off from the SP 19 Noto-Pachino, almost opposite the entrance to the oasis and its famous beach, from which the house is about 2.5 km.
