First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Loft - Three Twins This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo is on the Elkhorn Golf Course and has bedrooms and baths on the lowest level, living, dining, and kitchen areas as one great room with a high ceiling on the middle level, and an open loft above the living room accessed by stairs. This 1,700-square-foot condo will accommodate up to seven guests and offers private wireless internet. This unit does not have A/C. A comfortable living room provides ample seating, a 36-inch flat screen with Roku TV/DVD, and a stone gas fireplace. Through a sliding glass door is the large deck, which includes a Weber gas grill and patio seating for four to enjoy the view of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a full en-suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and access to the hallway bath with shower. There is a full-size washer/dryer in this hallway as well. The loft above the living room contains three twin beds. Complex Features: No pets are allowed in Sunburst Rentals. The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit. Guest who book in the Elkhorn neighborhood have access to tennis, golf, swimming pools and hot tubs, which is no cost to the guest, except Golf which is at a discounted rate. Mountain Rides is a free bus system that travels around the Ketchum and Sun Valley area. There are several taxi companies in town that can be used to get you around town or to the airport.
