Guest access PGA West is a beautifully lush, landscaped, private gated community. It's the perfect location for numerous desert events like the Humana Golf Tournament ,Coachella Music Fest , Stagecoach , Indian Wells Tennis Garden and the Horse Show Events and Competition Other things to note We provide high speed wi-if free of charge along with premium cable channels on our new high def flat screens. All brand new appliances and furnishings. Appliances are electronic Samsung items. Stove top is induction cooking, proper pans and sizes must be used on each burner. Full selection of pots and pans in home. Refrigerator has ice maker. Must push in proper spot and hard enough to activate ice cubes to dispense. Please contact with questions. Please DO NOT start pushing buttons on the keypad. We are happy to help if needed. Please closely follow trash rules and only put trash curbside on proper days. If not sure please just leave in sealed bars in courtyard. The HOA will assess a $100 dollar fine for trash violations. Also be mindful of speed limits while driving through PGA west. Security officers will give citations for speeding and illegal parking. We ask that you please remember this is a private residence and a private community.
