Boasting spacious rooms, a comfy living area, a grill space with a view to die for, and an incredible observation deck, it's only a short drive to small-town friendliness. With a fire pit next to a breathtaking view and room to run and play, it's packed with amenities and ready for your next getaway. Take a walk (or bike ride) on the Mountain Goat Trail or go to one of several fabulous eateries in Monteagle. Just a few minutes more and you can be in Sewanee or at The Caverns from this great location. We have driveway space for your trailer, and the Coalmont OHV park is just a few minutes up the road. We are atop the Cumberland Plateau, and our mountain home overlooks a beautiful forested valley. With an expansive view from the dining and living rooms, as well as the master suite, it's easy to forget the outside world and focus on family, relaxation, time away from it all, or a change of scenery for work. It's a place good for couples, families, retreats, adventurers, business or pleasure travelers, and groups, which is only an hour's drive to Chattanooga and slightly more to get to Nashville. Guest access Guests can access all the main parts of the house. Three bedrooms, two baths, living room, and kitchen, as well as a desk. Netflix is available for T.V. services/apps. The observation deck is available to you. Other things to note The T.V. in the living room is a "casting television." This means that you can use your phone or device to share the T.V. screen after you have downloaded the Vizio app to your phone. The master bedroom fireplace is no longer in service due to smoke and other issues. Please, do not ask and do not use. **NOTE: We will abide by our cancellation policy and will not reduce booked nights for a refund, nor will we accept alterations except for additional nights or additional guests.
