Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 950 sq. ft. Fully furnished in West LA area, just adjacent to Santa Monica. Brand New Furniture throughout. Functional appliances. Fully equipped kitchen and complete essentials. 2 spacious bedroom with 2 full bathroom. Huge living room and dining area. Parking available upon request. Close to local restaurants & groceries. Minutes drive to Santa Monica Beach, Venice Beach, UCLA and SMC. Other things to note All appliances must be off when leaving for a long period of time, long weekends get away. Any excessive usage of electric will be charge to the guests, anything over $ 100 per month will be considered excessive. If guest got locked out during, weekends or after the 2:20 on weekdays, the guest must inform the host right away and get an approval to call the 24 hour locksmith to let the guest in. All expenses will be paid by the guests. So please make sure you leave one keys inside the lock box to avoid being locked out.
