Tempe comfy & clean home: 1/2 mile to downtown/ASU

Enjoy your stay in a comfortable house located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of vegetation. An eight minute walk to Arizona State University and downtown Tempe (plenty of restaurants, shops, entertainment). Two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a full bed and a single bed). Relax on the patio and in the lush, private backyard. The owner lives in the studio separate from the house and is available if assistance is needed. The space You'll stay in a fixed up, older block home in an established Tempe neighborhood. Guest access Guests have a two-bedroom, one bathroom private home with kitchen, living room, back patio, and laundry room. There is a studio in the back which shares no space with the guests and has a separate outside access. Other things to note There is a 50-inch TV with internet and a few channels (such as HBO and Netflix). The backyard patio has plenty of seating, a fireable, and a gas grill.
