Quietly situated on the mountain and only a few minutes' drive from the town center, you can enjoy a perfect combination of proximity to the town and a fantastic panoramic view. Welcome to the sunny side – our beautiful farm, "Franbichl." The space Our cozy apartment on the 2nd floor is equipped with 4 wonderful bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 triple room), a well-furnished kitchen-living room (pull-out sofa bed), 3 newly renovated bathrooms (washer/dryer), satellite TV, and a large balcony. Our great apartment can accommodate 2 to 9 people (max.). 10 people on request – cozy extra bed). Guest access In the winter, a lockable ski room with a heated ski boot dryer is available, while in the summer, it can be used as a storage room for bicycles. You can also enjoy our spacious, sunny terrace with a stunning panoramic view. This area is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and also offers a barbecue facility. For our youngest guests, there is a small playground right by the house. There is also ample free parking available – both outdoor parking and a garage parking space. Other things to note Important information regarding on-site charges on the day of arrival: - Tourist tax: €3.50 per person per night for guests aged 15 and over (payable in cash or by credit card) - Refundable security deposit: €200 (please pay in cash) Explanation of the security deposit: The €200 deposit serves only as a small security deposit for any damages. When you check out, we will go through the accommodation together briefly, and, of course, you will receive a full refund immediately, provided everything is in order – which is usually always the case.
