The lower level also has the main bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs is an entertainer’s paradise with indoor bar and second living room and an incredible open-air rooftop terrace. With a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining setting, this is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks with loved ones. Seacrest is a well maintained and secure block of apartment, with secure parking for 2 cars (tandem carpark). Unit 9 is located on the top floor with no lift access. Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport Other things to note Office Hours Our office is open 6 days per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am - 2.00pm. If you are arriving outside of our office hours, please advise us accordingly and we will issue you with our after hours key collection and safe code details. Linen Linen is provided & beds will be made up for your arrival. Key Collection Keys for your property may be collected from our office located at Gold Coast Holiday Homes, DJ Stringer Property Services, 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta, Queensland. Key Return Check out time is between 9.30am -10am. Keys must be returned to our office located at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Minimum Age No guest under the age of 21 will be permitted to occupy holiday properties unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Schoolies bookings cannot be accepted as we do not have the policies, procedures and/or resources to accommodate these bookings.
