Welcome to our spacious 3 bedroom chalet located in the quiet Snow Pines area of Big White. This apartment has easy access to lifts for skiing and mountain biking, and is a 15 minute walk to the Village Center. Fully stocked and beautifully furnished, this is an ideal condo for families looking to ski/snowboard in winter, mountain bike in summer or just relax and stare at the gorgeous mountain views from the private hot tub. The space Located on the second floor of a three floor condo complex, our chalet has a spacious open layout with spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains. It is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for an amazing vacation. Bedroom 1 - King bed with a ensuite bathroom and shower (sleeps 2) Bedroom 2 - Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 - Located in our den area, has 2 twin bunk beds and is perfect for the kids! (sleeps 4) A private hot tub is accessible from the living room and main bedroom areas and there is a full sized washer and dryer located in the in-suite laundry room. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, hot tub as well as our unit's ski locker. Two closet areas are locked off which contain owner's belongings. Other things to note Big White ski passes can be purchased online or by picking them up in the village (they must be purchased before accessing the lifts from Snow Pines). You can ski out to lifts from our chalet in the following ways (there is a map included in the house binder which will show details): 1) Go to the right when exiting our building and walk to the immediate neighbouring complex. When looking at that building there is access on its left to a ski run down to lifts. 2) When exiting the building, go right and walk the up the road. Access to the Serwas run is up on the right hand side just after the Grizzly overpass. Air conditioning in summer is provided by 2 stand up units. One is located in the living room and the other in the main bedroom. These units are movable to another area of the condo if needed but they will keep the unit cool in summer. There is no garbage pickup on Big White so we do ask that you dispose of your own garbage at the end of your stay. Please take all refuse to the Big White transfer station located 2 minutes down the road. We do have a Ring camera located at our unit front door. It only views the front hallway and is there for security purposes. Though we do not allow pets we do have pets of our own so this is not a pet free home.
