With over 1,200 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, it offers extreme comfortable beds & open-concept communal areas — perfect for wedding parties, families, and group getaways. Sleeping Spaces Room 1: Oversized adult bunk with a luxurious king bed below and a queen above — guest favorite! Overlooks the living and dining area. Sleeps 4. Room 2: The only private room, with a cozy double bed, closet, and reading chair. Sleeps 2. Loft: A comfy perch above the private room with 42-inch headroom. Twin bed sleeps 1–2 smaller guests and overlooks the space below. Additional Sleeping Areas • Sofa: sleeps 1 The outdoor area is perfect for unwinding. Enjoy a private gazebo overlooking a fenced-in yard. A large 360 degree flagstone in-ground fire pit is available for rent (see photos).
