Location is perfect: just 1 hour from Toronto; a short drive to Friday Harbour resort, close to great golf courses, within reach to Go Train. Comfortable spaces to work from here remotely. Bring your boat or jet ski and use a boat ramp just 200m from the house and keep it moored at the dock during night. If you don’t have a boat, you can rent it out at the Lake Simcoe Marina. Afterwards, just sail right to the house, it is just 1 km away! Guest access Entire yard, jet ski lift, dock and whole house except 1 bedroom are available for you during your stay. Detached garage and 1 upper bedroom in the house are off limits, although no one else will be there.
