Located on the secluded northern end of Wrightsville Beach this property has access to all the wonderful amenities that Duneridge Resort offers, including breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private porch! As you enter this lovely condo, the foyer invites you down the hallway that leads to a spectacular ocean view. A large sliding glass door leads you to the spacious horseshoe balcony and provides endless views of the Atlantic. The deck is the perfect place to relax in the salt air and take in the fresh breeze while sipping your morning coffee. The spacious living area provides two stylish and comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table for family meals. A galley kitchen gives easy access to the living and dining room, making this space extremely family friendly. Enjoy cooking meals in the beautifully remodeled kitchen or have a quiet breakfast in the dining nook. Just off the living room is the spacious primary suite which is complete with a new king-sized bed and updated bathroom that features a walk-in shower and dual sinks. You will enjoy waking up with the morning sunrise and the fabulous ocean views from your cozy bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms at the front of the condo that overlook the marsh. A queen guest room with a half bathroom makes a wonderful accommodation for guests of any age and the sunset views from this room are breathtaking. Across the hall is a twin bedroom that has two twin sized beds and a shared hallway bathroom. Grab a poolside lounge chair and enjoy an afternoon in the sun or play a few friendly tennis matches on the community court. A private walkway from the Duneridge Resort leads you to the white sandy beach - arguably one of the most beautiful access points on the island! The secure lobby and community elevator are an added convenience for families. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Assigned covered parking (tandem) for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Trailers, Mail or Packages being sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Outdoor Shower, Covered Parking, Community Pool, Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Ocean Front. The Duneridge complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property to avoid citation. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in. Seasonal parking fees will apply for stays that occur between March 1 and October 31 and cost may vary based on the length of stay. Fees are intended to be included in the quoted price if applicable for your reservation. However, based on length of stay, arrival and departure dates, or booking channel method used to secure the reservation fees may require manual adjustment by the agent. Although rare, should this occur, the agent may request to be paid directly after confirming your reservation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). Established in 1952, we’re a locally licensed North Carolina team proudly trusted by property owners to manage this rental home. • Who We Rent To Our homes are rented to responsible adults 25 and older, as well as family groups. The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive. The travel insurance cost and option will be on your emailed rental agreement. • Cancellation Policy o Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. o Cancel 31+ days before arrival: full refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund minus a $350 fee. o Cancel within 15 days of arrival: no refund. We’ve got your bed linens and bath towels covered. However, we don’t supply toiletries, soaps, paper products, trash bags, or similar items— aside from a few starter essentials.
