This luxury, Hamptons resort-style, tri-level home is perfect year-round, located at the southern end of Mollymook Beach. The beach is directly across the road, and just a short stroll away is the renowned Mollymook Reef—the local surf spot! For the golfers, this property backs onto the Hilltop Golf Course, allowing you to golf in the morning and admire the view in the afternoon. With high-quality finishes and equipped with everything you need for a coastal, resort-style escape, this home is perfect for families. It boasts five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living areas, three outdoor deck spaces, and a fenced yard—offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. Whether visiting in the warmer months with ocean breezes and ducted air-conditioning, or during the cooler months, a glass of red by the gas fireplace will make your stay cosy. Choose from three decks depending on the weather: the enclosed deck for cooler nights, or, on warmer evenings, open the louvres to welcome the sea breeze and ocean glimpses. The rear deck overlooks the golf course, featuring an outdoor setting and BBQ—ideal for golf enthusiasts. On the ground floor you will find a single garage available for your use, a rumpus room with a TV, bunk beds, and two sofas. This is a great space for the kids, with their own bathroom. There is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer on this floor. The middle floor comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite opening onto the enclosed deck. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor. The top floor features two queen bedrooms and one king bedroom, one with an ensuite. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor. Linen and towels are provided for all guests, just be sure to pack your own beach towels. Outside, there is an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, a large backyard for the kids, and tropical gardens featuring Pandanus trees from North Queensland. Please Note - - Sorry this property is not pet friendly. - Due to the layout and bedding configuration of this property it is more suited to family groups with a maximum of 10 adults. - Please do not book if you are a party group, hens/bucks or school leavers groups. Bookings of this kind will be cancelled. - There are four tri-level homes located next to each other however each offer their own privacy and entrance.
