The Farea @ Watermark on Moso

Well appointed to sleep up to four, the studio-style property boats 180 degree water views, private steps into the harbour, spacious deck, queen sized bed, quality double sofa-bed, gas kitchen, endless hot water, filtered tank water, hardwood features, oversized DC ceiling fan, hammock, sun lounges, outdoor fireplace, outdoor BBQ & table, snorkelling gear and a kayak for each guest. Intimate, cozy and warm describe this property beautifully. The space The Farea is a private, fully equipped studio-style home. Harbour views from the queen bed may tempt you to do nothing all day, and a sofa-bed provides additional bedding if needed. A travel cot is also available for the very young ones. Cooling breezes are prevalent most days. An oversized ceiling fan looks after the rest. Blockout curtains allow for privacy from passing boats and those 'sleep-in' days. A well equipped gas kitchen inside, and a large BBQ with oven-hood outside, gives plenty of cooking and entertaining options. While the property is completely off grid, comfort is not compromised. There is plenty of power, gas, hot and cold water. The internet can be a bit tricky, in Vanuatu, but streaming speed is the rule, not the exception. Phone reception is good. Watermark is designed for self catering, however great local meals can be purchased from the ladies in the village, and the restaurant at the nearby luxury Moso Resort is usually open for visitors. It is just a short stroll/paddle away. Kayaks are included in the Watermark experience. So is nature's best. Guest access The Farea is private. Very private. The small nook/cove is for guests use only, as is the BBQ area to the right, and grassed area/fireplace to the left. It is all surrounded by hibiscus to ensure you can relax in privacy. Boats will pass out front, and a friendly wave is expected. A charming custom track weaves through watermark estate and though you may hear people using the track, they won't bother you, but if you see someone on the track, please do greet them! Exchanging smiles and sometimes stories is fun. Other things to note You will be holidaying on an island without shops. IOt pays to plan well and bring a little extra 'just-in-case'.
