Only steps from the scenic marina and lakeside walking trails, this spacious home offers two self-contained levels, ideal for those wanting shared spaces and a little privacy too. Perfectly positioned across the road from the marina – perfect for unwinding by the lake at one of the nearby restaurants, cafes or bars like The Boatshed Café, The Boatshed Bakery, Italian Way Pizza, Fino Restaurant & Wine Bar and Altitude Brewery. Take a walk or cycle the beautiful lakefront track all the way into Queenstown or around Kelvin Heights. Upstairs features two queen bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area that opens to a sunny balcony with panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains. Downstairs (with separate external access) includes a queen bedroom with ensuite, a second lounge with sofa bed, a full kitchen – perfect for relaxing or giving someone in the group their own space. We live local and we're always happy to help! Other things to note *Please note the downstairs level is a self contained area and is accessed separately from the house. The Air Conditioning is located in the living room of the main house and the 1 bedroom unit. The sofabed in the downstairs 1 bedroom unit is a brand new Ecosa Sofabed. It folds out flat onto the floor so is quite low, and therefore may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
