Absolute beachfront home. Welcome to Villa Beachside, our home home sits directly on the beach in the beautiful town of Toogoom. Located in the dress circle of town in a quiet cut-de-sac on the very best beach in the area. You will be spoilt with the swimming beach at your back door and local cafes just a stroll down the road. Take in coastal breezes direct from the sea on the large deck or enjoy some family fun time in the downstairs entertainment area. Pets Welcome, car and boat storage. The space Villa Beachside has recently been re-furnished to compliment it's coastal location . Upon entering upstairs you will find the large air-conditioned open space lounge room with leather couch and tv with Netflix. Walking through to the fully equipped kitchen and large opening sliding doors that lead to the open deck with table and chairs and even a gas BBQ and gas pizza oven. There are 3 bedrooms (2 are air conditioned) and main bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is the laundry with washing machine, dryer, 2nd toilet and internal beach shower perfect to use after a fun filled day at the beach. The open games room downstairs includes arcade games, table tennis, dart board, foosball table, board games and more which will provide with hours of entertainment. Put your drinks in the bar fridge and sit, relax and play. Try some of the complimentary original pushbikes to explore the quiet township. Watersports and beach equipment are also provided such as kayaks, beach cart with toys, chairs, umbrella. Your car/boat/jetski will all be protected in the 2 car lock-up garage. Bring your furry friend and feel secure within the fully fenced yard. Your pet will be thrilled with the amount of walking opportunities weather it be straight out the back gate to the dog friendly sand flats at low tide or just strolling the quiet streets. Villa Beachside has everything you will need to make your family holiday one to remember. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy except locked storage/cleaning cupboards. Other things to note Pets welcome (1 x medium or 2 x small dogs) but owners must be respectful of house rules and neighbours. Parking is in the secure lock-up 3 car garage (2 spaces for your car/boat/jetski and 1 reserved for the bikes and kayaks). 2nd Bathroom listed is downstairs with the laundry, includes a beach type hot/cold shower and toilet. Smoking outdoors only please and away from open doors and windows. Evidence of smoke indoors can incur additional cleaning fees. No parties or events to be held at the Villa. No illegal activity. This is a residential area so please treat the neighbours with respect and decency by observing all noise laws. Stand up paddle board and kayaks - must be used with lifejackets provided and at user’s own risk. Bikes - must be used with helmets provided and at user’s own risk. Please ensure your booking includes the correct total number of guests (adults plus children/pets). On departure (fee/feedback if not done) please - 1. All dishes to be done and put away. 2. Clean bbq and oven if used (additional $50 cleaning if used and not cleaned) 3. Do not remove bedding, leave all pillows/sheets/doonas as is - the housekeeper will do the rest. 4. Place used towels in the bathtub. 5. Lock all external doors and close all windows. 6. Turn off air conditioning, internal lights and taps, and both showers. 7. Let Mark know of any loss/breakages or anything you think isn’t working 8. Lock the keys back in the lockbox key in the lockbox. 9. Please leave the house tidy inside and downstairs and pick up your litter outside. Additional rules during your stay - 1. Noise - Please be considerate of the neighbourhood and accordance with Fraser Coast Council by laws and Qld legislation move conversations indoors or to the beach after 9:30-10pm. 2. Don’t move the furniture. 3. Bin day is Friday. Please place bin(s) kerbside on Thursday night
