We have 160’ of private water frontage on the creek with our own private dock & sauna. Kick back & relax at this unique, modern Creekside property. Located less than a 10 minute drive from the town of LDB and surrounded by some of Manitoba’s most pristine golf courses, hiking trails, provincial parks and beaches The space Our new open concept cabin is 1508 sq ft featuring a huge, custom gourmet kitchen and coffee/bar station as the star of the show! It’s perfect for morning coffees, happy hours and night caps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to entertain your guests. Belly up to the bar for a drink or enjoy a lake nap on our custom designed, extra deep seating sectional. Our huge front windows overlook the Creek side, and there is so much wildlife to hear and see! The deck is huge and is calling your name! It wraps around the majority of the cabin to the back door entrance and is equipped with sauna, outdoor patio furniture and fire table, outdoor dining table and chairs and beautiful sunsets. We added a record player to the property so don’t forget to bring your favorite vinyl! We have 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and a laundry/mudroom. The primary bedroom has private doors to the outdoor deck and sauna, a walk-in closet, and 3 pc ensuite with tile floors, in-floor heat, a gorgeous tile shower with high end plumbing fixtures, a wall hung toilet and a quartz, dual vanity sink. We are situated on an acre of grass & some trees so there is ample room to play volleyball, badminton, lawn games (supplied for our guests) or just sit around and enjoy nature on this very quiet street. Kick back at night and enjoy some s’mores and beverages down at the fire pit or on the deck at try fire table. If cozy nights indoors is more your thing, we have 2 brand new smart TV’s so you can cozy up and catch a movie or show. We have really fast HD plus wi-fi for your stay! We also have a karaoke system for your enjoyment. Feeling adventurous and looking for something new to do? Head on down to our dock and drop a fishing line in the water, or jump in one of our 4 kayaks and explore the creek or lake (2 min paddle into the open lake water). Please bring your own life jackets for kayak/water sports usage to properly fit you for your safety. Please bring your beach towels. We don't supply beach towels. The property is perfect for water access for all your motorized or non-motorized water toys! Please note: Swimming off the dock is not available due to weeds and creek is shallow. Beach bums! There are 3 public beaches within a 10-20 min drive. The beach located in the town of Lac Du Bonnet (10 mins) is a big one! There is also a play structure for kids, pier for jumping into the the lake and basketball court steps away. There is another great beach in the town of Pinawa (25 mins away) - don’t forget to take the kids to Hoopla Island while visiting Pinawa! The other cute small, sandy beach is at the end of Wendigo Rd (5-10 min drive away). Are you a golfer? Head out to Black Bear, or the famous Granite Hills and/or Pinawa golf courses - all close and nearby! Who loves Tubing?? Another fun adventure is heading out to the Pinawa Channel to do some lazy river tubing (so fun!) Pack your cooler and stay for the day! Tubing rentals are available (contact Float and Paddle) or bring your own tubes! If hiking is your thing, then you must visit the area - there's Blueberry Trail 10 mins away, or the famous Pinawa Provincial Park and old Pinawa damn is a real attraction. Set out on hikes (check maps for various hike locations), contact our friends at Hike Manitoba or explore the town of Pinawa and grab a bite to eat at one of their local restaurants or treat yourself to some ice cream. With Fall and Winter around the corner, our property is perfect for those who love for fishing, quads and snowmobiling! We have lots of space on the property for your snowmobiles and the beautiful, groomed trails are just steps away from our place. Want to enjoy some good food? Need to pick up some groceries to make dinner? The town of Lac du Bonnet is only 10 Mins from the cabin and has a few great grocery stores to check out! Don’t feel like cooking? There are a few restaurants and bars in town where you can pick up some take-out, or head out for dinner and let someone else do the cooking for you! There's also a cute little local coffee and sandwich shop and bakery in town with the best cinnamon bun and some retail such as; a Rona, Home Hardware, Dollar Store, a bank, liquor store, beer vendors, gas stations, ice cream stand (Ice Cream Baller) and a place for take out pizza - now open! There are many great local stores for your convenience. Shop and support local! If you have a boat, the boat launch is 5 mins from our property by vehicle or water and you can bring your boat and park/moor it at our dock during your stay.
